CFO

P&L management: plan vs. actual analysis, variance analysis, cost structure review and identification of growth opportunities;
Financial evaluation of business initiatives and process changes, including business cases, scenario and sensitivity analysis;
Management reporting and business intelligence: ensuring data quality, improving reporting transparency and developing decision-support dashboards;
Supporting commercial teams with financial analysis, investment assessment and scaling scenarios;
Identifying efficiency improvement opportunities and strengthening financial resilience of the business.

Requirements:

Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field;
3–5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Controlling or Finance Business Partnering;
Experience in a matrix organisation, holding company or complex business with multiple responsibility centres;
Strong knowledge of management accounting, budgeting and financial modelling;
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with multidimensional data;
Advanced Excel skills;
Solid experience with 1C ERP and ability to independently extract and analyse data.
