Product Owner (SME & Corporate Banking)

Define and execute the digital product strategy for business banking across SME and Corporate segments;
Lead and develop product teams, establish effective product management practices and build a strong product culture;
Own the full product lifecycle, from customer research and discovery to roadmap execution and performance optimization;
Drive the development of digital banking products, including payments, lending, foreign exchange, account services, onboarding and acquiring;
Work closely with business leadership to drive revenue growth, improve customer experience and achieve commercial targets;
Manage product prioritization and coordinate business, technology, design and analytics teams;
Monitor product performance, customer engagement, conversion, retention and profitability to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in business banking, including 3+ years in Product Management or Product Ownership within SME or Corporate Banking;
Experience managing multiple banking products or an end to end digital business banking proposition;
Proven ability to lead and develop product teams, establish product processes and improve team maturity;
Strong understanding of business banking products, customer journeys and commercial performance metrics;
Experience defining product strategy, conducting discovery and managing product roadmaps;
Ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment with limited resources and competing priorities;
Experience in digital banks, fintech companies or business banking transformation is an advantage;
Knowledge of trade finance products, including guarantees and letters of credit, is a plus;
Fluent English and Russian are required.
