Project Manager (AI & Digital Solutions)

• Onsite • Location: CIS

Lead digital and AI projects end to end, from business requirements to implementation support;
Collect business requirements, assess and agree the economic effect of solutions;
Set tasks for the development team and manage the product lifecycle: prototype, procurement, development, integrations, dev-test-prod transfer, user testing;
Coordinate the required IT and information security expertise, including data classification;
Hand solutions over to support, monitor adoption and support rollout in the business;
Negotiate complex solutions with business customers and help them change established operational processes.

Requirements:

Degree in a technical or economic field from a leading university or with distinction;
Experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner in an industrial company (metallurgy, machine building, oil and gas, agro, forestry or other heavy B2B) or in an IT solutions developer or IT consulting company;
Consulting experience (management, strategy or IT consulting), including project work on business process analysis and economic effect assessment for large clients;
Strong analytical skills: identifying drivers of economic effect, calculating the baseline, separating the effect of an AI agent from the effect of a person, prioritizing features;
Experience managing IT development teams and understanding of the full product lifecycle;
Strong negotiation skills with business customers on complex solutions;
