Recruitment Lead

• Onsite • Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan

Build and develop the recruitment function as the company continues to scale
Lead complex searches end to end, including market mapping, sourcing, outreach, interviews and offer management
Partner directly with hiring managers and C-level leaders to define profiles and hiring strategies
Build pipelines of strong passive candidates and develop a systematic approach to headhunting
Analyze recruitment funnels, identify bottlenecks and improve hiring efficiency
Review and improve recruitment processes, analytics, ATS and other hiring tools
Use AI and automation to improve sourcing, candidate assessment and recruitment operations
Build and develop a recruitment team as the hiring function grows

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in recruitment / Talent Acquisition, preferably in tech, product, fintech, executive search or a strong recruitment agency
Strong hands-on sourcing and headhunting skills, including experience working with passive candidates
Experience with market mapping and building sourcing strategies for complex roles
Experience hiring senior, lead or management-level candidates
Ability and willingness to remain hands-on during the initial stage of building the function
Experience managing recruiters or clear potential to build and lead a recruitment team
Strong analytical skills and understanding of recruitment funnel metrics
Experience partnering directly with senior hiring managers and C-level stakeholders
Ability to challenge hiring requirements and independently adjust the search strategy when needed
High ownership, learning agility and comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Interest in AI and recruitment automation
Fluent Russian and confident English
