Foundation Accountant

• Remote • Location: Worldwide

Accounting: Full-cycle accounting for restaurant projects (F&B) across multiple jurisdictions (UAE, UK, Kazakhstan)
Process expertise: Analyze and design efficient business processes.
Automation oversight: Participate in testing the automation system.
Communication and training: Explain complex financial concepts to the engineering team.

Requirements:

F&B experience: Deep understanding of the specifics of the restaurant business, including cost accounting, write-offs, inventory management, and industry-specific accounting entries
Professional knowledge: Excellent knowledge of IFRS and the ability to adapt to the tax systems of different countries
Languages: Fluent Russian and English (essential for team communication and working with documentation)
Communication skills: Ability to express ideas clearly and in a structured way, both in writing and verbally
Process-oriented mindset: Understanding of how an accounting system is structured, with the ability to break down tasks for AI/automation
